Jacko Doing It All Right!

Colchester United goal hero Johnnie Jackson admits he cannot remember the last time he scored with his left foot, after scoring two right-footed thunderbolts in the last week.

The 25-year-old has earned the U`s four valuable points from the last two games, as the Essex side look to avoid relegation. Jackson followed up his midweek winner against Preston with an equally important strike away to Hull at the weekend to earn his side a point.

Jackson hailed his 25-yard strike at Hull as the best he`s ever scored: "It's probably the best goal I've ever scored," he told The Colchester Gazette.

He said: "I don't know where I've got this right foot from!

"It was very pleasing to score - I'm just disappointed we didn't hold on to it.

"I can't remember the last goal I scored with my left - it's all headers and right-foot shots at the moment."
