U`s Reserves Draw Again

Colchester United`s second-string drew their tenth game of the season, against Stevenage Borough at Layer Road, on Tuesday afternoon.

Joe Dunne fielded a young looking U`s side, as Fabian Quintyn`s goal earned his side a point against the non-league side.

Captain Anthony Wordsworth saw his shot blocked and the highly-rated Medy Elito also went close to giving the home side the lead.

A howler from Mark Cousins, in the home goal, saw Borough take the lead, just after half-time.

But with just over an hour gone, Quintyn latched onto Wordsworth`s forward pass and calmly lifted the ball over the keeper.
