'A12 Derby' For Second String

Colchester United's reserves take on their Ipswich Town counterparts at Portman Road tonight.

The U`s travel up the A12, with Jamie Guy the only first-team member in a squad full of youngsters. Guy, who is recovering from an Achilles problem, has been linked with a loan move to League One side Crewe.

The game is a 7pm kick-off, Town are currently sitting top of the Pontins Holiday Combination league.

The U's squad is as follows: Smelt, Speed, Hammond, Bailey-Dennis, Griffiths, Oakley, Corcoran, Olusanya, Marvell, Quintyn, Malton, Sansford, Pirie, Guy.

Let's hope a young U's side can get the three points!
