U's To Make Final Move In Market?

Could Colchester United make a last-ditch move in the transfer market before the summer window slams shut on Monday night?

Geraint Williams told Friday's Colchester Gazette: 'We`re always looking for players who we feel can strengthen the squad.

'We`ve always said that if someone became available who is top quality, we would be interested.

'But we have players who are here fighting for their places.'

Another winger has been touted by some U's followers, who feel the U's lack pace out wide.

Vital Colchester's latest poll also asks whether a new player will arrive at the WHCS.

We are definately missing something, not sure exactly what but we didn't seem comfortable at times against Oldham. Definately a wide man is needed!

Need another winger, hopefully one on loan when window re-opens!

What would people think of Hogan coming back? And anyway, when does the loan window re-open?

Hogan was well on his way to becoming a legend when he was here before which was strange for a short-term loanee. I think he would give us some much needed wide and forward options.
