U's Borrow Gary

Colchester United have signed Coventry City defednder Gary Borrowdale on a month's loan.

The manager-less U's are currently without a natural left-back, due to an injury to Matt Lockwood.

Borrowdale, 23, will be looking to help tighten up a leaky U's back-line. The ex-Crystal Palace man has not featured in a Sky Blues shirt this season.

Whats wrong with John White at left back?
ooohhJohnnieJackson
Well, he's done alright IMO, but, however, I do feel a left-footer is essential at left-back and with Locky out it seems a good signing. White over Ifil at right-back for me.
