U's v Cobblers Game Off!

Tuesday night's game between the Cobblers and Colchester United was postponed because of heavy snow.

The snow began falling at Northampton at around 4pm and continued to fall steadily.

The game has been called off by the match referee, who inspected the pitch at 6.30pm

I'm not sure some people who use this website, and have made the effort of going up to the game that never was, will be too happy about that!

Calling the game off that late really isn't on, they couldn't give a stuff about the fans.

Got within 10 mins of the ground to turn round , the more annoying thing is that they will probly have a much stronger and fitter squad for the re scheduled fixture.

Yeah, I got within about 20 miles then turned around, yeah, reckon they were keen to have it postponed.
