Captain Coyne Joins Cahill & Neil In Squad

Colchester`s club captain, Chris Coyne and former U`s man, Richard Garcia, have both been called up in a star-studded Australia squad.

The defender, 30, joins Premier League players Tim Cahill and Lucas Neil ahead of the Socceroos World Cup qualifying clash on February 11 in Yokohama.

Coyne has been confined to the touchline with injury since Boxing Day, but is on course for a recovery as he looks to add to his current tally of five international caps.

It means the defender is unlikely to feature in United`s re-scheduled League One game with Tranmere Rovers tomorrow night.

Richard Garcia, however, is also looking to win what would be a fourth appearance.
