Platt Goal Gives U's Vital Win

Colchester United kept alive their feint play-off hopes with an impressive 1-0 win over high-flying Oldham Athletic, at Boundary Park, this afternoon.

The U's were in front inside two minutes as Clive Platt fired home after pouncing on a defensive blunder.

The win lifts the Paul Lambert's side up to tenth in League One, seven points off the play-offs.

Another three points and the curreny good form continues. Can you make the play-offs? I think looking at you fixtures this form as come a little too late.
