New Signings Poll: And Cowling Agrees!

Our latest poll shows you are impressed with the summer acquisitions made by Colchester, and it would appear U`s Chairman, Robbie Cowling, agrees with you.

Although, as earlier reported on Vital Colchester,Cowling expects further exits this summer, he thinks there are plenty enough reasons to be cheerful.

"We have a good chance of being successful this season. The squad is stronger, both at the front and back," he told the EADT.

The poll, suggested by site member, Stevie_G_Col U asked you what your reaction to the U`s summer additions and they reflect a fairly positive view. Nearly half of all those voting said they were suitably happy with the club`s captures this time around.

It also seems boss Paul Lambert is also happy to stick with his current crop of players, after admitting on Friday before the season`s curtain-raiser that any possibility of more signings looked "remote."

  • What the poll asked - What do you think of the U`s transfer dealings so far?

  • How you voted - Couldn't be happier, 13%, Okay, quite impressed, 46%, Some good, some bad, 22% and finally Really disappointed, 19%.

Before we move on what are your thoughts on what the last poll concluded? You know what to do, thoughts below please guys...
