Poll: Landslide Delight At New Boss

This website`s week-long poll, which tested reaction of mouse-clicking punters to Aidy Boothroyd`s brilliant appointment as Colchester boss confirms - you`re delighted!

After seven short days and one match, opinion has not wavered below the ninety-percent mark, which is a fine endorsement for the coup United secured thanks to the open ambition showed by Chairman, Robbie Cowling.

  • What the poll asked:- - Aidy Boothroyd - Happy?:-

  • How you voted -Yes, 92%, No, 4%, Who cares?, 4%.

After some inventible trips down memory lane, Boothroyd now says he`s totally focused on the job in hand with the U`s.

Let`s hope fans are there in numbers to greet him and the side when he makes a first home game showing, in a week-and-a-half, against Hartlepool.

Totally happy Aidy got the job, he's a no nonsense manager who'll have us back to our winning ways in no time, and I'm sure he's the man to take us into the championship. Up the U's
