Competition Drawn: Winners Announced

Competition Drawn: Winners Announced

This website`s competition winners have been draw today, following closure of the contest on Sunday morning.

More than 40 names of active members were put into a hat and drawn out at random by a non-football motivated adjudicator, three weeks since the launch of our grand new-season giveaway.

Thank you to all who entered - Vital will be contacting the lucky winners via e-mail shortly.

They are:-

Gold - First Prize = TerryH

Silver - Second Prize = colu_chip

Bronze - Third Prize = magnusisamountain

These members, should they fail to respond to our e-mail, have until SUNDAY OCTOBER 3 to do so or can alternatively e-mail colchester@vitalfootball.co.uk with a UK postal address, as per the rules. Ideally, prize postage will take place as soon as possible.

The draw also selected backup members, should the rightful winners default - they have a chance to inherit any prize, in this specific order, not claimed by original winners.

These are: - Bamptonian, markcufc1, Living in Exile & ooohhJohnnieJackson

The second 'backup' winners will be contacted via e-mail in future, should they qualify for a prize.

Thanks for playing folks, look out for future giveaways and keep enjoying the site! UP THE U'S!

A Reminder of Terms & Conditions:-

The winners will be drawn at random; failure to correctly complete the instructions above will lead to disqualification. Details, names and address are not stored anywhere after the closing date of the competition and are not passed on to any other company (apart from winners` details, for prizes to be posted outwards). The judge`s decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into. The competition closed on 12 September, 2009 at midnight. Winners will be informed within one week of closing via e-mail. Failure to reply to the notification within 21 days will lead to forfeit of the prize and the prize will go to the next randomly drawn entrant. Site members, StevieG Col U and Matt_Us are not entitled to any prizes, due to involvement with competition organisation and goods purchase. No site-registered relations of either co-ed may qualify as a winner. Member Fblock is also automatically disqualified. Sorry, UK entries only.

Unhappy Keeper Back With Norwich

Kean had come in on a 28-day from Norwich but his time at the Weston Homes Community Stadium is over with Keen confirming he was 'unhappy with a couple of things.'

Panicking? Not Yet!

Before the Southend game Keen insisted he wasn't panicking, despite the U's being seven-points adrift of safety. Three-goals in the final 10-minutes lead to another defeat of course.
