Nobby Solano Set To Nail U's Move?
Veteran utility man Nobby Solano, formly of Newcastle and Aston Villa, is a confirmed Colchester Uinted transfer target.
Reports in the Peruvian press, also followed by Sky Sports News, state that a deal to bring Solano back to England is done and dusted. However, the U's - and manager Aidy Boothroyd - have been quick to clam talk that Solano is already a U's man.
The 35-year-old has been training with the U's over the festive period. It would seem that this transfer deal could have a big knock-on afect on the future of loan star Kevin Lisbie.
More to follow as and when it happens...
