Closing In: Cowling Down To Final Few

Robbie Cowling has confirmed that the U's search for a new manager is down to a handful of candiatates.

The U's have received a high number of applicants looking to take over at the Community Stadium, with a few publicly stating a desire. However, Cowling has run the rule of all potential caniatates and is closing in a new boss.

Speaking to The Daily Gazette: 'We are now down to a few people.

'We`re a lot clearer on what we want to do.'

A decision now looks likely within the next week:- just who wil it be?
