Good Early U's Odds For League One 2010/11

Good Early U's Odds For League One 2010/11

Some early odds for the 2010/11 season from Sky Bet make encourage reading if you are a Colchester United fan.

Those bookies currently have the club down as the eight-highest possible team to be in with a chance of winning the division, at 16/1, of making it up to the Championship, which will still be a strong league next season despite promotions for former heavyweight sides like Leeds United, Norwich City and Millwall this time around.

Southampton, who finished seventh this season despite having a handicap of minus ten points, are the favourites.

Meanwhile, the U`s contend with respectable odds of 7/1 to challenge for promotion - a far likely destination than all-out winners.

Personally I think Southampton will walk L1 next season - they've got a real good squad!
