Charlton To Come Calling For Super Lis?

Charlton Athletic could re-sign former Colchester United striker Kevin Lisbie for a nominal fee to end speculation linking him with a third U`s move.

The Ipswich striker is almost certainly redundant under Town`s Roy Keane after a series of personal problems between the two and is attempting to resolve his future.

Previously rumoured to be interesting Southampton and Millwall, any Charlton move for Lisbie would see him link up again with the club where he spent more than a decade of mixed fortunes, including famously netting a hat-trick against Liverpool.

John Ward has so far been reticent over the club`s next move for Lisbie, who said earlier in the summer that he favours a Championship-level side as a potential suitor.
