'If It's Football, It's Vital'

Physio Walks!

Stuart Ayles has abruptly ended a three year run at Col U with the club quick to add they are confident no new club is in the frame despite the obvious speculation that he could be awaiting the nod from Parky once he's settled...

'Late on Friday Stuart tendered his resignation and advised us he had no plans at this stage to take up a position elsewhere,' chief executive Marie Partner told the club's official website.

'He also advised he would be taking time out over the next couple of weeks to consider his future.'

Parky himself has been strongly linked with Championship rivals Hull. And quite frankly, none of this looks good on Colchester. There is clearly a problem within the club and now is not the time for the U's to implode - before even the fixtures have been announced.

Parkinson's return from holiday this week will see the whole mess resurface as the club seek compo should he walk...

Oh dear! Can't you keep hold of anyone at the moment? The Manager, now this!

It certainly looks like he's gonna follow on to Hull. I think you should get compensation if he does. It's a rotten thread that is running through football at this moment.
