Defeat but Vincent nets again

Ashley Vincent's return from injury stepped up another notch on Tuesday with him playing the full 90-minutes in a reserve game.

Colchester might have been beaten 4-2 by Southend but the full run out for Vincent was a good thing, a goal from him even better. Steven Gillespie also scored again.
