Result - Colchester 1-6 Stevenage
Colchester were battered on Boxing Day when they slipped to a very heavy home defeat against Stevenage.
Shroot (9) and Beardsley (25) had Stevenage in control at the half time break although Henderson (51) gave Carlisle hope early in the second half.
Three goals in less than 10-minutes from Bostwick (64), Laird (71) and Freeman (73) left the visitors in complete control with Byrom (82) rounding off a 6-1 win late on.
