Result - MK Dons 1-0 Colchester
2011 might have ended with a good win for Colchester but 2012 started with defeat at MK Dons.
Neither side could force a first half breakthrough so they went in level at the break.
Minutes into the second half MacKenzie (53) scored what proved to be the only goal of the game to give MK Dons a 1-0 win.
