Draw specialists, of late, Colchester had to be content with sharing the points with Carlisle on Saturday afternoon.

Nothing could separate the sides at half time, they went in goalless...

It was the hosts Colchester that broke the deadlock to take the lead early in the second half through Martin Rowlands (51).

Carlisle weren't to be beaten though and James Berrett (68) rescued a point midway through the second half, his strike seeing the game end in a 1-1 draw.
