Result: Colchester 1-1 Hartlepool

Draws are a familiar theme with Colchester recently, and they were involved in another one when they draw with Hartlepool.

Antony Sweeney's (17) goal gave Hartlepool an early lead, which they took into the half time break.

The U's were not be to denied though and loanee Freddie Sears (81) scored his first goal for the club when he converted a late penalty to earn a 1-1 draw.
