Former U joins O's
Martin Rowlands has had quite a history with clubs with a nickname that is a letter! First were The R's, then The U's and now it's The O's!
Rowlands joined Colchester (obviously The U's) from QPR (The R's) towards the end of last season, where he remained on a short-term contract.
After his released the midfielder had a trial with Leyton Orient (The O's) during pre-season and the 33-year-old has now joined them, signing a month-long contract.
