Rovers run riot
Tranmere 4-0 Colchester
Colchester's unbeaten start to the league two season came to an end on Saturday afternoon when Tranmere maintained their own unbeaten start with a comfortable win.
With the half time break approaching, and the game scoreless Tranmere broke this deadlock through Jake Cassidy (40).
This advantage was increased when Cassidy (49) struck again shortly after the break. Just before the hour mark Zoumana Bakayogo (58) virtually ensured the hosts victory with Cassidy (77) going onto complete his hat-trick and ensure that was the case.
Tranmere ran out comfortable 4-0 winners in the end.
