The U's v Crawley

The U's v Crawley

18th Sept 2012
Weston Homes Community Stadium

Colchester have been struggling of late but the home form at The WHCS, since it was built, has been very impressive. It'll need to be at it's best against Crawley tonight.

Anthony Wordsworth and Karl Duguid (both knee) had to settle for sub roles at the weekend but both are expected to come back into the starting XI for Colchester tonight.

A return to the starting XI could also come for Clinton Morrison up front and John-Joe O'Toole in midfield as The U's look to climb off the foot of the league one table.

Crawley have Josh Simpson and Hope Akpan (suspension) available to return having sat out the weekend game through one-match suspensions.

Claude Davis (hip) continues to be a doubt for the visitors with Sergio Torres (dead leg) also missing out again with Billy Clarke hoping to get a start against his former club.
