When you are shipped out on loan just a day into the reign of a new manager you must fear for your future, as Andy Bond probably did with Colchester?

Upon his appointment Joe Dunne allowed Bond to join his hometown club Crewe on loan but with his month-long spell ending he is now back with The U's and has a chance to prove his worth to Dunne.

Can the 26-year-old force his way into the new managers plans? Time will tell for the midfielder!
