U's beaten by resurgent Coventry

Colchester 1-3 Coventry
20th Nov ember 2012
19:45
Weston Homes Community Stadium

Colchester found a resurgent Coventry side (who have now won five out of six in all competitions) too much with The Sky Blues leaving The WHCS with the points.

Franck Moussa (34) put Coventry ahead before just past the half hour mark with a controversial second soon following. The flag had gone up against a Coventry attacker as William Edjenguele (37) headed home but after consultations between the assistant and the referee the goal was given.

Tom Eastman (71) gave Colchester hope with a little under 20-mintues to play when he headed home but a defeat was confirmed late on when David McGoldrick (87) rounded off a 3-1 win.
