Hamilton Stays With Clarets

U's youngster Bradley Hamilton has agreed to extend his stay with Blue Square Bet South side Chelmsford City until the end of the season.

Bradley, a 20-year-old who has captained both the U's youth and U21s sides in his time with the club, has appeared as an unused substitute on the first team bench this season, as well as making his first team debut at the end of last season.

He made the switch to Melbourne Park at the end of November and then came on for his Clarets debut in their 3-0 defeat away at Crawley in the FA Cup Second Round; their reward for defeating the U's 3-1 in the First Round.

Bradley has frequently been deployed in a central midfield role at Chelmsford and has also found the net for City, too.
