Blades Looking For Three Points

Sheffield United boss Danny Wilson is eyeing up another crucial three points at home the U's this Saturday, as Joe Dunne takes his charges north to Yorkshire.

The Blades have fallen away from the title race across recent weeks having been top of the league at Christmas, and also lost their top scorer Nick Blackman in the January transfer window to Reading.

However, back-to-back away wins at Shrewsbury and Bury, their first two wins of 2013, has given the Blades a much-needed boost as they prepare for the U's visit this weekend.

'We have to really push on from these two results with a home win now,' Wilson told the club's official website.

'If we can do that then we'll be bang inthe mix and we're really sneaking up on the top two again now.'

Those two results have seen United climb back up to fifth, just four points behind league leaders Bournemouth and it will be relieving for a side who, having been thirteen points of them at Christmas, have been caught up by play-off chasing Yeovil.

Wilson continued: 'We always felt that we could do it, although there is still a lot of work to be done.

'We feel we're hitting the ground at this moment in time very much in form, though.'
