Colchester Car Wash

Lee Hendrie thought that gouding Kem Izzet about his car and the amount of money he earns, would unsettle the Colchester midfielder, the on loan Aston Villa Player asked Kemi if he would like to wash his Ferrari.

Izzet said: 'What can you do? If he's got a Ferrari, he's got a Ferrari. I just said, 'Give me a sponge and I'll wash it if you like'. I hope it's a red one he's got, otherwise I won't be happy. It was a bit patronising the way he tapped me, so I did the same back. I may have tugged his hair a bit too, but if you give it out you have to take it. If he wants to talk about his money he's more than welcome. We do our talking on the pitch and we beat them 3-0 so that sticks it up him a little bit.'

Adding: 'Sometimes Lee doesn't help himself. He reacts to things, whereas if he was just to concentrate on his game he's a very good player. He sometimes gets caught up in the moment, and that's maybe why he is where he is just now.'

He'll never change now though will he? He's often said he'll grow up, but seems doubtful. Wonder if he got his car washed in the end and how much he was paying!

Vital Colchester would like to ask Hendrie a question....... Hendrie Hendrie what's the Score, Hendrie what's the Score?

Then I thought whats the point he has made it, and has got a Ferrari, and is by far a better person than all of us ****
