Colchester 2 - 1 Wolves

Colcheter continue their assault on the Championship with the 2-1 defeat of Wolves at the Layer Dome, marking their 11th consecutive win at home.

Jamie Cureton took just 3 mins to open the scoring after already going close on 20 seconds, Cureton stepped up to take a free kick after strike partner Chris Iwelumo was bought down.

The Scotsman was not to be out done and added a second with at the end of the first half, putting his side 2-0.

Cureton and Iwelumo both now have 13 each for the season.

Wolves scored a consolation at the very death, but left the Layer Dome pointless.
