Halford! Where will he go?

With recent links to Sheffield United, Portsmouth, West Ham, Reading and now Middlesbrough, it is looking likely that Greg Halford will be gone come February.

Colchester manager Geraint Williams said: 'There has been bids for Greg Halford this week and he is being kept informed.

'The board is considering those at the moment.

'Every bid that is put in writing for any player is considered. It will either be accepted or rejected and the club will take action in due course.'

I expect you all will hope that all bids are rejected. In all honesty you need to take a gamble this season and keep hold on to your players if you can.You could be in the playoffs come the end of the season. The chance to get in the Preimership may never come around again.Well not for a very long time.Cheers.A Shrimper.
