Crystal Palace teenager Michael Kamara has been given a trial by Colchester United, and will feature in central defence for the last reserve game of the season against Luton.

Sierra Leone born Kamara, who joined Palace from Cambridge United, has also had a previously successful trial at League Two Swindon this season.
