Wilson Signs For Borough

Former Charlton and Colchester United defender Lawrie Wilson has joined Stevenage Borough to play Conference Football, according to the U`s official website.

He joins them following unsuccessful trials with two other clubs, including Brentford.

Chances are he will come back up into the football league at somestage in his career, just the wrong time.

Have to agree, although he looked good for the reserves and had some pace, he was just at the right club but at the wrong time!
