Mowbray Uses Fergi's 'Hairdryer'?

West Bromwich Albion`s loss to Colchester United over the weekend could see them in for a Alex Ferguson style 'hairdryer` dressing-down after their skipper, Jonathan Greening, explained that the former Ipswich man "thinks about the game like Sir Alex does" in last Friday`s Express & Star.

Take cover then, the West Brom backline. Mowbray admitted to the BBC after Saturday`s 3-2 loss to the Essex outfit that he was aiming now to "sort things out" over the next few weeks sighting that his new defence have yet to gel as an efficient unit.

"We`re disappointed, we've conceded three goals away from home and we have things to sort out," said the Baggies` manager, post-match.

Mowbray added: 'Over the 90 minutes, there were some individual errors. There's a lot of work to be done."
