Williams: We Could Have Won

Colchester United boss Geraint Williams was left feeling disappointed following the U`s home draw against managerless Leicester City. The game, televised by Sky, ended 1-1 after Johnnie Jackson cancelled out Collins Johns early strike for the Foxes`.

This was Colchester`s thirds home draw of the season, a sixth in total - some might say there becoming draw specialists.

U`s boss Williams felt his side could have won it in the second-half the result leaves the Layer Road side currently lying 16th in the table with the visit of Plymouth Argyle next up on Tuesday night.

Post-match Williams said, "I`m disappointed because I felt we could have won the game."

He added, "We knew the first goal would be so important."
