Ephraim? Maybe Yes? Maybe No?

Ephraim? Maybe Yes? Maybe No?

Vital Colchester today has been monitoring media talk and speculation with regards to striker Hogan Ephraim joining Colchester in January.

A small article in today's Sun Newspaper has sparked speculation from other media sites and Colchester fans as to whether Ephraim, who has recently been on loan to QPR, would be joining the U's for a sum reported to be in the region of £500,000.

Vital Colchester would welcome such an addition to the current squad for Hogan, who made 21 appearances for Colchester in a 6-month loan spell last season, but truth in the rumour remains to be confirmed.

Ephraim recently rejoined his employers West Ham United and stated a wish to make their first team, although out of contract next summer.

A move to Colchester, where he is adored by many U's fans, may well be ideal for the U19 England international.
