Coventry Hijack U`s Fox Bid

The reason for Geraint Williams` usually coy approach to revealing transfer targets has come to light as Coventry City look set to hijack their bid for Walsall ace Daniel Fox.

The 21-year-old looked to be heading to Layer Road, but after a week of stalling over personal terms is reportedly going to be unveiled at the Rioch Arena with the next 48 hours.

The Express & Star carries the report, saying that the former Everton trainee will reject other potential suitors Leeds and Wolves, as well as the U`s, to sign for Ian Dowie`s team.
