Colchester travel to Coventry tonight to meet the Sky Blues for the first time in the league since the 1960`s. The match will be shown live on Sky Sports
'It's down to hard work,' said U's boss Williams .
'The rest of the staff are working hard and the players have never given less than 100 percent.
'It's a pleasure to work with them.'
Coventry's Jay Tabb: 'It's not ideal for us for Colchester to be coming off the back off a good result against Sheffield Wednesday but we know Colchester are a good team.
Marcus Hall and David McNamee are both out injured however Mikkel Bischoff, and former Colchester player Wayne Andrews could feature somewhere in the game.
McKenzie looks favourite to start his first game at the Rioch Arena and will be determined to open his account with the Sky Blues.
Geraint Williams looks certain to field the same side that demolished a poor Sheffield Wednesday at Layer Road last week.
The team is settled and working hard to bring home results, although Williams is not scared to make changes should the need arise.
Jamie scored his 150th league goal on Wednesday a landmark for any striker, his confidence will be high and he will be looking to extend a great goalscorering record.
The last time these two teams met was in the FA cup 2003/04 season Colchester won after a replay, with the game at Highfield Road ending 1-1.
1-2 to Colchester continuing their good.
